We are committed to taking any necessary measures to ensure that this remains the case. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use or enjoyment of the App by any third party. You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the App, and you must not use the App to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Disrupt or interfere with the App or servers or networks connected to the App, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the App
User Content
You retain ownership of any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the App. However, by uploading, posting, or transmitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.
You agree not to post or transmit any content that:
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
- You do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship
- Contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without notice to you.
Account Termination
In the event of any inappropriate behavior, hate speech, or any violation of the law, we reserve the right to terminate your account and report it to the authorities. This includes posting inappropriate content, interfering with the intended operation of the app, or any violation of the user conduct listed earlier.
Please note that GALÉRE is only for users aged 13 or above. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.
Responsibility in unforeseeable circumstances
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our service to you and in keeping a safe, secure, and error-free environment. However, we cannot guarantee that GALÉRE will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. While we will do our best to prevent any losses or damages, we do not accept responsibility for any losses that are not caused by our breach of these Terms or otherwise by our acts, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
Rights under this agreement
Please note that this agreement does not give rights to any third parties, and you cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent. We retain the right to assign our rights and obligations to others.
Our entitlements and responsibilities have the potential to be transferred to third parties, which could happen due to circumstances such as a modification in ownership (such as in the case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale), or by legal mandate.
In the event that you choose a username or a comparable identifier for your account, we reserve the right to modify it if we deem it suitable or obligatory to do so. This could include situations where the selected identifier infringes upon the intellectual property rights of a third party or impersonates another user.
If you use content covered by intellectual property rights that we have and make available in our Service, we retain all rights to our content. You must obtain written permission from us or under an open-source license to modify, create derivative works of, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.
We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions and reserve the right to use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

We reserve the right to update and change our service and policies, including these Terms of Use, as necessary to accurately reflect them. If you continue to use our App, you are agreeing to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with these or any updated Terms, you may delete your account on the App.
